Who we are

We increase access to healthy, locally produced food by strengthening the systems that connect growers and communities. Through partnerships, education, and capacity-building, we support local producers, expand food access, and work with community partners to meet the dietary and cultural needs of underserved populations. Our goal is a stronger, more resilient regional food system where healthy food is available to all.

Building Capacity to Serve Underserved Communities

We partner with local producers to expand production and ensure healthy food is available where it’s needed most. We provide training and technical support to help growers reach and serve underserved communities.

Increasing Food Access Through Community Partnerships, Education, & Resource Sharing

We connect growers with community-based organizations and reduce barriers like transportation and distribution. Through these partnerships, food is made more affordable and accessible to reach those who need it most.

Reaching Diverse Partners
and Communities

We work with partners to meet the dietary and cultural preferences of the communities they serve. By listening, adapting, and providing targeted education and support, we help ensure food access efforts are relevant, effective, and inclusive.
